The 30-Hour Post Licensing Course - Fundamentals of Excellence - is now Course One GRI.  That's right - the course you HAVE to take to keep your license is also GRI Course One credit.

GOOD NEWS: The GRI designation now counts as an elective towards the ABR Designation!



Illinois GRI will be held:

Nov. 26 - 29  GRI Course II,III, Bloomington at the Doubletree Conference Center



The most popular designation is GRI, held by 21 percent of REALTORS®.

Those with the designation:

  • Earned a median of $51,500 while those without the designation earned a median income of $29,700.  A difference of $21,800. (Source: 2010 NAR Member Profile)
  • Reported increases in referrals the first year after they obtained their designation.
  • Are better able to serve and protect their increasingly sophisticated clients because of their understanding of new technology, laws, and procedures
The REALTOR® Institute of Illinois provides an educational program which is second to none in the real estate industry. GRI is the only REALTOR® designation that does not require a payment of an annual renewal fee! Continuing education credits are included in all Institute courses, including the Graduate Course.
